Corrective Action Plan (CAP) Training

The primary focus is to provide tools to assist the provider in their efforts to meet the needs of consumers residing in their homes. The sessions are held quarterly and are tailored to address specific deficiencies found in CAPs. Attendance is limited to those who have been issued a CAP by IRC and are required to attend.
