Can I Change My Designated Consumer Service Coordinator?

Every year, you will be asked to comment on whether you wish to continue working with your current Consumer Service Coordinator (form ICRC 35c). You may request a change of Consumer Service Coordinator at that time, or at any other time during the year if you are dissatisfied with the service you are receiving. You can contact the Program Manager for your assigned Consumer Service Coordinator. The Program Manager will discuss your particular situation with you, and may either try to assist you with resolving the problem or assign a different Consumer Service Coordinator.
