Regional Centers are community-based, private, non-profit agencies which help people with a developmental disability obtain services and supports that enhance quality of life and increase independence, inclusion, and normalization.

IRC is one of 21 regional centers in the state of California serving roughly 21,276 individuals residing in San Bernardino and Riverside counties with service delivery covering an area close to 28,000 miles of geography.
