Inland Regional Center was designed to provide advocacy for and assistance to our developmentally disabled population of Riverside and San Bernardino Counties. To qualify for these services, a person must live within either of these two counties and must be diagnosed with a developmental disability, which means: |
It is a disability originating before the age of 18. It is a disability that continues or is expected to continue indefinitely. It is a substantially handicapping condition. |
