Are you aware of your rights and responsibilities regarding eviction, repairs and security deposits, and federal and state housing discrimination laws? Inland Fair Housing and Mediation Board (IFHMB) invites you to learn about your rights and responsibilities at this Housing Rights and Responsibilities Workshop.

The workshop will cover topics ranging from housing rights for individuals living with disabilities, discrimination laws, California laws on evictions, and your rights and responsibilities regarding repairs and security deposits.

It’s important to know your rights because housing is a crucial part of everyone’s life. Each year in California, 19,000 complaints of housing law violations are filed with the state. Complaints are often regarding discrimination based on race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, source of income, or disabilities.
