The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) have issued recommendations for the COVID-19 vaccine (Pfizer-BioNTech) to be administered to all children ages 5 through 11. This dosage of the vaccine is approximately 1/3 of the amount provided to individuals ages 12 and older.
