Attention Parents, Caregivers, and Clients of IRC with an active case:

Nasaba Family Counseling is dedicated to Enriching the lives of those we serve by promoting a strength based, client centered approach. We believe that achieving a balanced social emotional state of wellbeing is the foundation to prosperity, good health, and meaningful relationships.

Nasaba’s approach is rooted in cultural humility, client centered, and specializing in working with BIPOC populations. We believe when clients are experiencing life transition and adjustment challenges, an important aspect of treatment is first and foremost allowing an individual to feel heard and validated.

Over the course of the next fiscal year, Nasaba will provide for IRC – in addition to the BIPOC Focus Group – the below:

Parent Workshops 2
Life Skills Classes for clients/parents 5 over a 10-week period
Professional Development for School Staff 4 sessions (Zoom) to cover all of SB and Riverside.

(Dates locations and times to be announced). Any questions can be sent to [email protected]

The data collected speaks to the lived experience of IRC clients, etc. specifically. Parents, caregivers, and clients from other regional centers will not be able to participate.
