Please join DRC’s Office of Clients’ Rights Advocacy to learn about important changes to the regional center appeal process. People with developmental disabilities, especially people of color, find the regional center appeal process very difficult. Many people and families tell us that the “fair hearing” system is “unfair” and very confusing. To address this problem, Disability Rights California cosponsored The Equitable Access to Services Act (EASA).

This FREE online training is for people receiving regional center services, their families, and their circle of support. Service providers are also welcomed.
