Each month IRC staffers are nominated by their colleagues in our Employee Recognition program. Check out these fantastic IRC staffers who were recognized for their contributions!

October 2017 – Positively Contagious Award
Annette Richardson, pictured left, is an Occupational Therapist in our Clinical Services Department. Her colleagues have described her as having “endless smiles and a helpful attitude.” An expert in the disability field, Annette is known for extending kindness and finding innovative solutions when working alongside IRC Consumer, families, and staff.

November 2017 – Hercules Award
Melody Pittman, pictured center, is a Consumer Services Coordinator in IRC’s Riverside School Age – East unit. She is recognized for her dedication as a mentor who “demonstrates an exceptional willingness” to assist and guide newer IRC staffers. Her teammates commend her passion for working with individuals with disabilities and the enthusiasm and optimism she brings to the agency!

November 2017 – Positively Contagious Award
Christine Garganera, pictured right, works as IRC’s Human Resources Clerk. Her positive attitude and a welcoming smile are hallmarks of her work. Often seen manning the HR front desk, Christine is known for her keen listening skills, her genuine attention to those who visit the office and her phenomenal ability to multi-task!
