Every month IRC staff nominate their colleagues in our Employee Recognition Program.

Nancy Torres-Sadeh is this month’s Hercules Award recipient! Described as a Service Coordinator who goes above and beyond for her Consumers, Nancy brings a passion for advocacy to her work. On top of providing support and service to her Consumers, Nancy also helps to train new Service Coordinators as a mentor. With a positive outlook and “can do” attitude, she is always willing to lend a hand to her teammates.
