Hello Inland Regional Center (IRC) Vendors:

Attached are the Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) Provider Compliance Funding Guidelines for Fiscal Year 2021-2022.  The budget for the year is again $15 million across the state.  In the first attachment labeled HCBS Funding Letter, there are details and a registration link for two upcoming webinars to assist you in completing the applications/concepts that will be provided by the Department of Developmental Services (DDS).

The webinars will be on October 6^th, from 1:00pm to 2:00pm, and the second will be on October 8^th from 11:00 am to 12:00pm.

The second attachment labeled HCBS Funding Guidelines gives you the details on how to complete the application/concept (Attachment C).  Completed concepts must be submitted to Dalila Balderas, Quality Assurance Program Manager, at [email protected].

The final date to submit completed concepts will be the close of business on November 12, 2021.
