To the Inland Regional Center (IRC) Vendor community:

Attached are the Home and Community Based Service (HCBS) Provider Funding Guidelines for Fiscal Year 2020-21.  You must complete Attachment C and submit to [email protected], by February 12, 2021.  Please make sure you read the guidelines and submit a complete concept form.  IRC will review the concepts and submit to the Department, for their review.

You are encouraged to submit concepts that are unique and innovative in their path to complying with the HCBS rules.  Concepts should demonstrate how the change in service delivery will offer our mutual clients additional choice and opportunities for inclusive community engagement and programming.  Further guidance can be found on the department website.
