DDS Online Provider Directory Phase 2: Standardized Vendorization

As of August 1, 2025, the Department of Developmental Services (DDS) has begun rolling out the second phase of the development of their online Provider Directory. Phase 2 will focus on Standardized Vendorization, which involves possible changes in ownership, reporting requirements, and helping the process as a change champion.
