As we close another successful year of Coffee n Chats, we are filled with gratitude and pride for the incredible participation and enthusiasm from our community. This year, we welcomed more than 350 participants who joined us across our sessions both in person and online in our new hybrid model, each bringing thoughtful questions, shared experiences, and a genuine desire to learn and connect.
The Coffee n Chat initiative was created to bring together parents, community partners, IRC staff, and service providers in an open and collaborative space. Month after month, this series became more than just an event—it became a community hub for conversation, collaboration, and empowerment.

Throughout 2025, we had the privilege of featuring outstanding guest speakers and topics that resonated deeply with families and professionals alike, including:
- Deaf and Hard of Hearing updates and initiatives
- The Power of Technology, in partnership with Ives Torres Foundation & Padres con Poder
- Transition to Life After High School
- Early Start Services and School Age Supports
- Adult Services and the IPP Process
- Disaster Preparedness
- Deaf Sensitivity Training
- Purchase of Service (POS) Overview and Data
Each session reflected our shared commitment to learning, inclusion, and innovation—strengthening the bond that connects us across San Bernardino and Riverside counties.
We extend a heartfelt thank you to every parent, partner, and IRC team member who made this series a success. Your presence, participation, and feedback continue to shape the future of community engagement at Inland Regional Center.

As we look ahead, we are already planning an inspiring 2026 Coffee n Chats season—filled with new topics, collaborations, and opportunities to grow together.
Stay tuned, and as always, thank you for being part of this journey toward a stronger, more connected community.
With appreciation,
IRC Community Engagement Team
