Each fiscal year, regional centers and the Department of Developmental Services (DDS) collect data on how services and supports are purchased, referred to as Purchase of Service (POS) data. This data reveals how regional centers allocate service funds across five categories: age, race/ethnicity, primary language, disability, and residence type. We will post the complete data set for your review once it is received from DDS in late December 2025.

On February 12, 2026, the IRC Community Engagement and Service, Access, and Equity teams will host two meetings to discuss this information in collaboration with the IRC Service Access and Equity (SAE)  team. The times and formats of these meetings were scheduled based on input and survey feedback from IRC clients and their parents.
