Rialto, California – Neighborhood Healthcare, a regional Federally Qualified Health Center providing a wide range of medical, dental, and behavioral health services, recently conducted a hard hat tour of its new Rialto facility.
The event held on February 25, 2026, attended by Rialto Councilman Edward Montoya Jr. and other dignitaries, offered a preview of the organization’s first facility in San Bernardino County. IRC was proudly represented by Clinical Services Program Administrator Wasima Alvi, who engaged with local officials and community members during the occasion.
The clinic, located at 1205 W. Foothill Blvd in Rialto, will offer Primary Care, Behavioral Health, Dental Care, Women’s Health, Pediatrics, Heart Health, and other services in both English and Spanish, to individuals and families, regardless of situation or circumstance.
“We provide more than just medical care,” said Alejandro Nunez, COO at Neighborhood Healthcare. “Our programs and resources can help people with everything from obtaining insurance coverage to getting food assistance. We believe access to quality, compassionate, whole-person care is a right, not a privilege. We don’t turn anyone away from getting the health services they need.”

Neighborhood Healthcare is actively hiring doctors, medical assistants, administrative support staff, and other positions at the Rialto health center. The facility accepts Medi-Cal and Medicare and provides wraparound services to help individuals and families overcome barriers to quality health care. In addition to insurance access, these activities include referrals to food assistance, affordable housing, and other programs.
