Nikki Knieriem, pictured left, is this month’s Hercules Award recipient! Nikki provided technical assistance to IRC’s more than 700 employees, as the agency transitioned to a new payroll system. Nikki went above and beyond, providing guidance to IRC staff with patience and understanding.
Amy Parker, pictured right, is this month’s Positively Contagious award recipient! Amy was recognized for always looking out for her teammates; giving them support and tools to help make them successful. She is also known for her warm smile and energetic greetings!
