January 2018 – Positively Contagious Award
Carolina Saucedo is a Consumer Services Coordinator in IRC’s West End School Age unit. Known for positivity, kindheartedness, and a warm smile, Carolina is a true gem of a co-worker! She was nominated by her colleagues who had this to say about her:
I cannot think of a person who emanates a more positive attitude on a daily basis than Carolina. She is always willing to lend a hand and be there when you need her, no matter what may be going on with her own caseload or in her personal life. She is a wonderful person to work with. If more people had her attitude and joy toward their work, and life in general, the world would be a happier place.
