Effective November 17, 2017, Medi-cal Managed Care Plans (MCPs) are required to cover and coordinate all medically necessary BHT services for beneficiaries up to age 21, regardless of diagnosis, as an Early and Periodic Screening, Diagnostic, and Treatment benefit.  IRC Consumers that may be effected have been identified by DDS and mailed out letters on June 1, 2018.
