If you need to drop off documents at Inland Regional Center, we have installed a drop box for you. Please make sure all documents are in a sealed envelope and addressed to an employee or department. Any documents received after 3:00 PM will be considered as received the following business day. Do not forget to tell the person you are sending the documents to via email or voicemail they are arriving.

We do not allow drop-in visits, and the lobby area remains closed out of caution. Please have an appointment with your Consumer Service Coordinator or other IRC representative before your arrival.

When you arrive, you will see a video doorbell to communicate with our front desk staff. Please ring the bell for service, and our front desk staff will video and audio chat with you and provide instructions.

Si necesita dejar documentos en Inland Regional Center, hemos instalado un buzón para usted.  Por favor asegure que sus documentos están en un sobre sellado y dirigido a un empleado o departamento.  Documentos recibidos después de las 3:00 PM serán considerados como si se hubiese recibido el siguiente día laboral.  Por favor recuerde de avisarle a la persona a quien le está enviando los documentos por medio de email o correo de voz, que los documentos estarán llegando.

No se permiten visitas sin cita y el área de recepción permanece cerrada por precaución.  Por favor asegúrese de tener una cita con su Coordinador(a) u otro representante antes de su llegada.  Al llegar, va a mirar un timbre que le permitirá comunicarse con nuestro personal de recepción.  Por favor utilice el timbre para obtener servicio y nuestro personal de recepción se comunicará con usted por medio de video y audio para darle instrucciones.
