We would like to inform you about an important update regarding our communication channels, specifically the monitoring of our Community Engagement email address listed as, “[email protected]” in all our publications.
Effective January 2nd, 2024, there will be a change in the point of contact responsible for overseeing the community inbox. Our dear Dr. Charles J Cook, well known as “CJ”, who has been diligently managing this channel, will be transitioning to a new role within the organization. We want to take a moment to express our gratitude to CJ for their dedicated service in maintaining and addressing the inquiries and messages that have come through [email protected] for more than 12 years. His commitment has been invaluable in ensuring prompt and thoughtful responses to our community’s needs.
Moving forward, we’re excited to announce that our new Community Engagement Manager, Monica G. Munguia will be taking over the responsibility for monitoring and managing the community inbox. She brings her expertise and enthusiasm to this role and is committed to upholding the same level of responsiveness and support that you have come to expect from us and our organization.
Please join us in welcoming Monica to this role. As with any transition, there might be a slight adjustment period, so we kindly ask for your patience and support during this time. Rest assured, we remain dedicated to providing excellent service and support to our community.
