At Inland Regional Center (IRC), we believe that our mission begins with people—passionate, dedicated professionals who care deeply about making a difference in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. Each month, we have the privilege of welcoming new team members who bring fresh energy, expertise, and heart to the work we do. For the month of July 2025, we’re proud to welcome a new class of hires to the IRC family!
These individuals join a diverse, mission-driven agency that provides critical services to more than 40,000 individuals across San Bernardino and Riverside Counties. Whether in case management, community engagement, administration, or clinical support, every IRC team member plays a vital role in promoting inclusion, independence, and quality of life for the people we serve.
IRC is more than a workplace—it’s a community. Our team members collaborate across departments, support one another’s growth, and work in an environment that values equity, integrity, and person-centered practices. We understand the importance of meaningful work-life balance and take pride in fostering a culture that is supportive, flexible, and inclusive.
