On Monday, October 27, 2025, the Inland Regional Center (IRC) Client Advisory Committee (CAC) hosted its annual Halloween BBQ Night, bringing together over 92 clients for an evening of delicious food, creative costumes, and community connection.

The event welcomed IRC clients and their caregivers, offering a fun and safe environment to socialize. Attendees enjoyed classic BBQ favorites like hot dogs, cookies, and potato salad, while cheering on the tense World Series Game 3 matchup between the Blue Jays and Dodgers—a marathon game that added excitement to the night.

Gregory Harrison, Consumer Advocate, shared his enthusiasm for the event:
“It’s amazing to see everyone come together, show off their creative costumes, and enjoy a night full of laughter and community. Events like these remind us how important connection and fun are for everyone.”

Other attendees echoed the sentiment, celebrating the chance to mingle with friends and peers in a welcoming space.

A special thank you goes out to Keith and Ryan Nelson of Vistem Solutions, Inc., whose generous sponsorship helped provide food and other items for the evening. Their support was instrumental in making the Halloween BBQ a success, and we look forward to seeing everyone again next year!
