IRC has a Whistleblower Policy that allows employees, families, vendors, and community members to report concerns in good faith. This includes concerns about possible unethical behavior, misuse of funds, or inappropriate actions — and you can report without fear of retaliation.

Reports can also be made confidentially or anonymously. We are committed to creating a culture of trust, transparency, and accountability for the people and families we serve.

How to find it:
Visit inlandrc.orgAccountabilityPolicies & Procedures to view the full policy and reporting options.

For your convenience, you may also find the policy here:

If you ever have concerns or questions, we encourage you to review the policy and use the reporting options that feel right for you.
