Each month, IRC staffers nominate outstanding colleagues in our Employee Recognition program. This month, we are celebrating Monica Siegers.
Monica Siegers is a Program Evaluator with our Quality Assurance department. Her role is to ensure that our clients receive quality Day Program Services. Her duties include providing technical assistance to our Day Program service providers, as well as conducting annual reviews and investigations.

Here is what she shared!
What do you like most about your work at IRC?
I enjoy working in QA as a Program Evaluator for day services. It offers me the opportunity to ensure that our consumers are receiving quality services and supports. It is also nice working with such a wonderful agency and supportive unit and manager.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two dogs. We like to go on morning walks and bike riding on scenic trails. I also love to garden! Springtime is my favorite season, as all my flowers are starting to bloom.
