Each month IRC staffers are nominated by their colleagues in our Employee Recognition program. Check out these fantastic IRC staffers who were recognized for their contributions!

March 2018 – Positively Contagious Award
Melissa Schnabel (pictured left) is a Paralegal with IRC’s executive leadership team. Known for energy and positivity, Melissa is a fantastic member of Team IRC! She was nominated by her colleagues who had this to say about her:

Melissa is always positive no matter what time of day you happen to call her. She is courteous, professional, and genuine! At regional center, we are encouraged to provide service with a smile and Melissa does just that. Without fail she is always smiling. Working in Legal, we know she has a million things to do…but she always makes staff feel important. She has a huge heart!

March 2018 – Hercules Award
Brooke Chambers (pictured right) is a Consumer Service Coordinator with the Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) unit. Brooke is a total dynamo who is always of service to her Consumers as well as her fellow staffers! She was nominated by her teammates who had this to say about her:

Brooke is a great CSC, co-worker, and friend! We are lucky to have her in our unit. She takes pride in what she does, and it shows! It’s common to see her go above and beyond to help anyone she can, and she always makes herself available to answer questions. Brooke works to make everyone feel comfortable and you can always count on her for a boisterous laugh or an encouraging smile.

Congratulations Melissa and Brooke! Thanks for helping make IRC such a wonderful place to work!
