Each month, IRC staffers are nominated by their colleagues in our Employee Recognition program. This month we are celebrating Blaine Anderson and Charmaine Vital!

May 2018 – Hercules Award

Blaine Anderson, pictured left, is a Consumer Service Coordinator (CSC) with the Foothill-Mountain Adult unit. Blaine is an experienced CSC who goes above and beyond to assist his co-workers and our Consumers! His colleagues had these kind things to say about him:

Blaine is always willing to assist a fellow CSC in any way he can. He is resourceful and knowledgeable of IRC procedures and disability services. He continually mentors new staff with patience and guidance. Blaine has a passion to serve our clientele, community, and agency. He is a  valuable employee to IRC and our Foothill-Mountain Adult unit!

May 2018 – Positively Contagious Award

Charmaine Vital, pictured right, is a Legal Affairs Support Technician in the Fair Hearings/Legal Affairs department.  Described as “the definition of positively contagious,” Charmaine brings a positive energy to her work at IRC! Her colleagues gave her this glowing nomination:

Charmaine has a natural, bright light about her. Every day she comes to work with a smile and is ready to take on the day! She is professional, kind, and helpful! Her positive outlook inspires her team to see the bright side of things, and her contagious attitude makes her a valued member of the IRC family.

Congratulations Blaine and Charmaine! You help make IRC a wonderful place to work!
