Each month, IRC staffers are nominated by their colleagues in our Employee Recognition program. This month we are celebrating Shakeema Greene and Ana Alcazar!

April 2018 – Hercules Award

Shakeema Greene, pictured left, is a Consumer Service Coordinator (CSC) with the Riverside Transition unit. Shakeema is a skilled CSC who provides valuable mentorship and guidance to her colleagues. Her teammates had these wonderful things to say about her:

Shakeema is an excellent co-worker and mentor. She goes above and beyond to make sure new employees understand the job! Her friendly, approachable nature makes co-workers feel comfortable in asking her questions. She is an absolute team player and gives advice on how to handle challenging situations.

April 2018 – Positively Contagious Award

Ana Alcazar, pictured right, is a Consumer Support Technician in the Riverside Transition unit.  Described as an “asset to the Riverside office,” Ana is a valued member of Team IRC! She was nominated by her colleagues who had these kind words to share:

Ana is always willing to assist anyone and does so with a smile. She is well-respected and loved by her co-workers. This is because she truly goes out of her way to help others. If she does not know the answer to a question, she will do the research needed to help! She is an awesome role model here at IRC.

Congratulations Shakeema and Ana! Thanks for helping make IRC a wonderful place to work!
